It is the desire of God that all men be saved. This means they must have a contact with kingdom representatives, who in turn will influence them for the Lord. It may not be an easy task to bring people into the church building, especially with pandemic effect still very much around. But many would not mind paying a neighbor a visit, and even dining and discussing with them. Hence, small groups and home fellowships are effective means of reaching the unchurched.
